Classes are donation-based, so you choose what you pay. 60% of your donation will go towards The Loveland Foundation, to help fund therapy for women of color.

Breathe, sweat, meditate, repeat. Our signature flow invites you to find your strength paired with moments of ease. In our 1 hour vinyasa class, expect dynamic movement, opportunities to dig deeper, and then a sweet, sweaty recovery.

Cleanse and clear. Our 20-minute guided breath work & meditation class helps you clear your mind to get out of your head. This class combines pranayama and meditation. Itβs that good kind of movement that shifts something inside of you.

One part burn and one part rest. In this 1 hour class, weβll wake up the core, get fiery, then move into some sweet, slow restorative yoga to reset & relax your full body.

Yoga, meet mobility. This 1 hour vinyasa class has a twist! Designed tobuild mobility in the body. With a focus on alignment, opening, and creating more range of movement. You can expect traditional yoga poses with added movement.
