Policies
Be On Time
We’ll be ready to flow at the given time of each class - and so should you! We suggest logging on 5 minutes early to avoid any delays! Late entry will not be permitted. Emails & reminders will have the time zone in EST. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Electronic Free
We know it’s hard to disconnect, but you gotta! Please don’t text, check social media, take calls, etc., during class.
18+
You must be at least 18 years old to flow with us.
Registration
As much as we want you to share the Humble love, a class registration means one person only. You may not invite others to join in person or virtually. During the class, if more than one person participates under your name, we reserve the right to charge you a $30 fee per person.
No Show
Change of plans? We get it. You must cancel 12 hours before the class start time. A $10 late cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations within 12 hours of class time. If you don’t show up, a refund will not be given.
Donations
We kindly request a minimum donation of $5 this ensures we can cover processing & operating fees.
Class Presence
During class, please have your camera on (but mic off) in a space with good lighting where we can clearly see you. Of course, we want to see that gorgeous face, but even more important, we want to make sure you are safely practicing with us and aren’t doing anything funky with those knees!
Refunds & Transfers
At this time, we do not offer class transfers for refunds for classes not canceled in time.
Recording
You are not permitted to film, record, or redistribute the class in any way shape, or form.

Do I need to have my camera on?
It’s not mandatory but encouraged! Having your camera on and in a place where your movement can be seen will help the instructor guide you through the class.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend wearing clothes that you can easily move in and that you don’t mind getting a little (or a lot!) sweaty.
What time should I log in?
Classes will open 5 minutes prior to the start time. We recommend logging in early so you can get set up and share anything with the instructor that you wish.

For each class we recommend a yoga mat, props (like blocks, bolsters, towels), water, and sweat towel. Some classes may require light hand weights.
I have an injury or existing condition, what do I do?
Please let us know! Making the instructor aware will allow for options during the class that feel safe and right to your body. Prior to the class, please privately message the instructor. You can also reach us on Instagram @humbleyogaflow or email at hello@humble-flow.com if you prefer.
