Our Purpose

We’re a space to come and find yourself again. We’re about effort and ease. Power and grace. Working hard and finding peace. We’re bold in the way we do things. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but know we’re on a path to healing. We breathe, we sweat, we meditate, we repeat. We exist to help. We do this for our community and for ourselves. We’re a space to hold space, create more joy, and find our strength. A place for all, a practice for all.

About The Loveland Foundation

The Loveland Foundation provides support to Black women and girls seeking therapy. The Loveland Foundation was founded by Rachel Cargle on the basis that black women and girls deserve access to healing, and that healing will impact generations.

Therapy fund recipients receive financial assistance to access therapists providing high quality, culturally competent services across the country.

Meet Our Founder

“I created Humble to offer up a space that was accessible to everyone. Fitness and mental health is a privilege we often don’t think about and I wanted to find a way to bridge the gap between access and wellness”

Madison Narh, founder and teacher at Humble, is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. She started practicing yoga when she faced some challenging life moments. Through finding breath and focusing on movement, she loved the way that yoga can help you work through things. Madison believes that everyone good is “good at” yoga regardless of flexibility and is all about perfection over progress.
